氯磺酸装置的技术改造

摘    要:由于排管冷却器泄漏和原料氯化氢气体水分含量偏高,氯磺酸装置产量不达标,产品质量差。在改造过程中,对排管冷却器进行维修,以克服冲刷腐蚀和消除遗留的泄漏因素;更换填料减小系统阻力;增设1座浓硫酸干燥塔,控制氯化氢气体w(H2O)为0.06%~0.07%,改造后,系统基本能满负荷运行,产品w(HSO3Cl)由95%左右提高到97.61%。

Abstract:Cooler leakage and high moisture content of hydrogen chloride feed gas caused less output and substandard product of a chlorosulfonic acid plant. So a retrofitting was carried out, in which the cascade cooler was repaired to resist washing corrosion and eliminate leak, the packing was changed to reduce system resistance and a concentrated sulphuric acid drying tower was installed to control the moisture content of hydrogen chloride gas at 0. 06% -0.07%. After retrofitting, the system could operate at basically full load and HSO3Cl content of product was increased from 95% to 97. 61% .
