| 摘 要： | 针对所研究的船用柴油机气阀阀面开裂的问题,采用光学显微镜、电子显微镜、电子能谱仪和力学性能测试等方法对气阀阀面开裂原因进行试验和分析。结果表明:阀面堆焊合金存在缺陷是造成气阀阀面开裂的主要原因。并提出了改进建议。

| Abstract: | Aimed at the cracking of marine diesel engine valve face, light microscope, electron microscope, EDS and mechanical test were employed to carry out tests and analysis on the causes of the above mentioned fault. The results showed that the main cause is the defect of hardfacing alloys for the valve face. The improvement suggestions are thus put forward. |
