电石渣制水泥的原料特性研究

电石渣制水泥熟料技术近年来发展较快，但就电石渣自身的特性及在水泥熟料生产过程中的影响因素方面，其研究深度还不够。以实验与生产为基础，通过对电石渣的水分、细度、比重、有害组分、热性能、烧结性能等性质的深入研究，表明电石渣自身的特性对新型干法电石渣生产水泥熟料的工艺过程有较大的影响，采用新型干法电石渣制水泥熟料的工艺必须与电石渣的特性相结合才能取得更好的效果。
