高钒钢高铬钢用铝镁合金脱磷

摘    要:通过热力学分析探讨了铝镁合金还原去磷的可能性,并在冶炼0Cr18Ni9Ti钢和W6Mo5Cr4V2钢用铝镁合金进行还原脱磷工业性试验,钢液中的磷分别从0.039%降至0.021%及从0.043%降至0.030%。

Abstract:The possibility of reducing dephosphorization of high vanadium steel and high chromium steel with aluminium\|magnesium alloy has been investigated using thermodynamic analysis. The commercial melting testing for producing steel 0Cr18Ni9Ti and steel W6Mo5Cr4V2 dephosphorized with aluminium\|magnesium alloy has been carried out, with the phosphor in steel decreasing from 0.039% to 0.021% and 0.043% to 0.030% respectively.
