| 摘 要： | 针对某摩托车车把在常用车速下剧烈振动的问题,利用UG软件进行几何建模;然后用MSC.PATRAN/NASTRAN软件建立其有限元模型,并进行了自由和约束模态的计算机仿真分析,提出了车把改进方案;最后利用LMS试验模态分析系统对该车把及改进车把进行了试验模态分析,验证了计算机仿真结果,改进了车把的振动特性. |

| Abstract: | According to the vibration problem of motorcycle handle,the handle is modeled with Unigraphics(UG),finite element model of the handle and the free modal analysis are done with MSC.PATRAN/NASTRAN.And the improved handle is got from the simulation.Experimental modal analysis(EMA) is done with LMS analysis system and is used to validate the FEA results.The results show that the simulation can improve vibration problem of motorcycle handle. |
