摘    要:谐振双向DC/DC变换器具有开关损耗低、适合高频化等特点。探讨了谐振双向DC/DC变换器频率跟踪控制方案,以实现串联谐振变换器谐振回路的低环流和开关的零电压开通和低电流关断。分析了频率跟踪控制方法的原理,设计了带频率跟踪控制的谐振双向DC/DC变换器的控制框图,并从提高变换器效率的角度给出了频率跟踪控制角的优化设计思路以及控制角的过零检测实现方法。最后搭建了一台5kW的实验样机,对理论分析和设计进行了初步的实验验证。

Abstract:Resonant bi-directional DC/DC Converter has character of low switching loss and suitable for high frequency application. This paper discusses frequency tracking control of resonant bi-directional DC/DC converter to achieve low circulating current of series resonant converter besides ZVS on and low current off of the switches. In the paper the method of frequency tracking control is analyzed, the closed control loop is also designed with frequency tracing control. Besides, one optimized method for designing control angle is proposed aiming at improving efficiency of the converter and the zero crossing detecting method of the control angle is proposed as well. Finally, the primary experiment is done on a 5kW prototype to verify the validity of the proposed theoretical analysis and design.
