| 摘 要： | 在对抽油机—有杆泵系统进行动力分析的基础上，建立了该系统的等效动力学模型。在确定系统转化构件综合阻矩的计算方法并经数学推导及合理简化后，得出综合阻矩为平均扭矩与相对曲柄转角的一次、二次简谐波扭矩之和。最后建立了常规抽油机精确动平衡计算的新方法。

| Abstract: | An equivalent dynamic model of the pumping unit-rod pump system is established based on dynamic analysis of the system. After finding out and simplifying the method for calculating the compound resistant torque of the transformed components of the system, the authors work out that the compound resistant torque is equal to the sum of the average torque and the first and quadratic harmonic torques corresponding to the crank position. Finally, a new method for calculating the exact dynamic equilibrium of the conventional pumping unit is presented. |
