摘    要:利用离心传质分离装置—旋转填料床,对易溶气体吸收过程的传质性能进行了实验研究。对于含少量氨的空气,其中氨被水吸收的总气相体积吸收系数随气相流速的增大而增大。在一定的转速范围内,气相流速不变时,吸收系数随转子转速的增加而增加。同时得出与重力场吸收相当的传质单元高度。

Abstract:The characteristic of mass transfer in absorption of soluble gas is studied in the rotating packed bed. The overall gas phase mass transfer coefficients of ammonia increase as the gas flow rate increases. At a constant gas flow rate, the overall volumetric mass transfer coefficients increase with the rotational speed. The height of the transfer unit which corresponds to the process in gravitational field is also given.
