双螺杆非啮合并列型螺纹元件三维非等温流场数值模拟

摘    要:利用ANSYS软件包对双螺杆挤出机非啮合并列型螺纹元件进行了三维非等温非牛顿流场分析,给出了速度场、压力场、温度场的基本规律以及螺杆特性曲线的分布。计算结果表明:螺棱处的物料具有较大的压力梯度和速度梯度,啮合区的物料温度较高,应当采取适当的降温措施;流量与螺杆转速成正比,与流道两端的压差成反比。

Abstract:Three-dimensional flow field analysis of non-meshing twin screw extruder was analyzed by means of ANSYS, and the rules of velocity field, pressure field, temperature field and characteristic curve were given The numerical results showed that the material had large gradients of pressure and velocity at the screw edge region In intermeshing region, the temperature of the material was high, and cooling step should be put in practice The flow rate was proportional to the screw speed and inverse ratio to pressure gradient
