高密度饱和盐水聚硅磺化润滑防塌钻井液体系在黑池1井的应用

摘    要:黑池1井在嘉陵江组钻遇大段盐岩及石膏层,且地层破碎、裂隙发育。沿用聚硅醇钻井液体系施工,钻进中钻井液流变性不稳定,起下钻遇阻严重。通过优选饱和盐水聚硅磺化钻井液体系,配合相应的钻井液现场维护处理工艺,施工中钻井液体系流变性及沉降稳定性好,润滑能力强,解决了盐岩及石膏的污染问题;钻进中井壁稳定;起下钻畅通无阻,无复杂事故发生,顺利穿过嘉陵江组。

Abstract:Salt and gypsum formation was thick in Jialingjiang formation, and straturn was breaking and crevice was filling in Heichi No. 1 well. Rheological property was instable and blockage during tripping occurr frequently when silicone and alcohol polymer drilling fluid was applied. After onsite mud technology and maintenance measure was taken, rheological property was stable, sedimentation was stable and lubricity was high by applying high density silicon polymer sulphonated drilling fluid with saturated salt-water based and property of lubricity anti-sticking. The complex circumstance that drilling fluid was contaminated was solved. The wellbore was stable during the course of drilling, and round trip went smoothly. At last, Jialingjiang formation was drilled successfully.
