摘    要:研制了一种高强度耐磨稀土钢,具有良好的机械性能,焊接性能和加工性能;克服了高锰钢脆性大、可焊性差、加工困难等缺点,避免产生剥落和裂纹缺陷。并用于制造炼铁高炉冲渣槽、焦碳料斗衬板,取得了良好的使用效果。

Abstract:In this paper,a rare-earth high-strength wear-resistant steel is developed,which has good mechanical properties,welding and processing properties.This kind of steel overcomes the shortcomings of high manganese steel,such as brittleness,poor weldability and processing difficulties and avoids flaking and cracks.A good effect is obtained by using the steel in blast furnace.
