摘    要:阐述了模内自动攻牙工艺及其模具设计的理论和实践。通过对复杂五金件生产工艺的优化,将传统的单工序冲压生产、手工攻丝整合为一道冲压工序生产。这对低压电器制造工艺是一个重要的丰富和补充,具有推广应用的价值。

Abstract:The theory and practice of the mould automatic tapping process and mould design were discussed. It will integrates the traditionally single-operational stamping production and manual tapping process, it is important supplement for the manufacturing technology of low voltage electrical apparatus, and it is valuable for spreading.
