Common Problems of Shakeout and Cleaning of Static Pressure Casting Production Line and its Solutions

The characteristics of shakeout department and cleaning-up department of the static pressure casting production line were briefly described in this paper.During the process of shakeout,conveying and cleanup,the problems which have an important influence on the operation of the line,such as lump sand,core sand and colliding of casts and corresponding solutions were introduced.In order to make sure that the static pressure production line operates normally,the effect of casting technique and post-treatment procedure,such as shakeout and cleaning,should be taken highly seriously.In the designing process,appropriate layout of shakeout department and conveying department should be taken into consideration.And a suitable casting technique matching the line,especially coremaking,should be applied to reduce clearance efforts.In the technological process,reasonable cleaning ways and efficient cleaning equipment shoud be adopted.
