摘    要:介绍了利用喂线蠕化技术生产博杜安6M26气缸体的工艺流程,结合试验和检测结果论证了喂线蠕化工艺的可行性。

Abstract:This paper introduces the process to produce the 6M26 cylinder of Moteurs Baudouin with CGI production process of wire feed method.By testing mechanical properties and metallographic,the creep rate of the 6M26 cylinder of Moteurs Baudouin produced by CGI production process of wire feed method is more than 75% ,the matrix organization mainly consists of pearlite,the tensile strength achieves 470 MPa,the elongation rate is between 2.00% to 3.00% and the hardness is in the range of 210 ~ 240 HB. The test results demonstrated that CGI production process of wire feed method to produce the 6M26 cylinder of Moteurs Baudouin is feasible.
