摘    要:设计了一种新型高度集成化的智能控制器。该控制器能够实时监测电网状态,具有故障自诊断、自保护、故障报警、状态指示等功能。利用GPRS无线数据传输技术,实现了对断路器和电网状态的远程监控。采用电磁屏蔽和阻容吸收,确保了晶闸管IGBT的工作性能。测试结果表明,该控制器具有高可靠性,可作为永磁真空断路器的理想控制装置。

Abstract:A new highly integrated intelligent controller was designed. The functions of monitoring power grid in real time, fault self-diagnosis, auto-protection, fault alarming and status indicator were achieved. The status of breaker and power grid can be monitored and controlled remotely based on the wireless data transmission technology of GPRS. IGBT is ensured to work perfectly by using electromagnetic shielding and resistance and capacitance absorption technology. The experiments of results show that the controller can be used as a perfect equipment for controlling the permanent magnetic vacuum circuit breaker with high reliability.
