| 摘 要： | 介绍了铁路货车摇枕、侧架铸钢件的冷却、清理生产线的工艺过程及设备组成。阐述了生产线各部分的技术要求，可供同行在设计冷却清理生产线时参考。生产实践证明，该生产线对实现铸件冷却、清理工作条件，实现铸造冷却、清理绿色、节能、减排生产具有重要作用。

| Abstract: | The railway truck bolster,the side frame of steel casting cooling,process and equipments of the cleaning -up production line were introduced.The technical requirements of the production line was described,which will be reference for colleagues in the design of cooling lines.Production practice proved that the line had an important role in realizing casting cooling, cleaning green, energy saving, reduction of production and so on. |
