真空感应炉冶炼钢锭常见缺陷成因分析

摘    要:分析了真空感应炉冶炼过程中,因钢锭模内表面有水汽、钢液落差较大等原因造成钢锭表面呈蜂窝状,并夹杂有大量冷豆及皱皮,可以通过清理钢锭模内壁、涂刷耐火涂料以及降低钢液落差的方式加以解决。同时,对因冷却速度不同及无法及时补缩导致钢锭头部出现疏松、缩孔进行了成因分析,并提出可以通过添加保温材料的方式进行解决。

Abstract:It is analyzed the vacuum induction furnace smelting process.Due to the surface of the water vapor within the steel ingot mold, a larger drop of liquid steel ingot and other causes, the steel ingot's surface poses a form of honeycomb, and mixed with a large number of steel cold beans,and wrinkled skin.They can be disappeared by cleaning steel ingot mold wall,brushing fire-resistant coatings and reducing the height between the bottom of the steel ingot mold and the liquid steel surface.Meanwhile, due to the cooling rate' s difference by feeding,looses appear in the head of the steel ingot.It can be resolved through adding insulation materials.
