| Abstract: | Using the fuzzy theory of the intelligent information processing, putting forward the minimally and complicatedly weighted entropy model based on fuzzy distance under uncertain conditions and the fuzzy effective value entropy model based on personal affection and risk effectiveness, applying the risk decision theory and the optimal comrol theory to analyze the evaluation of operational efficiency of air defense C^4ISR system. |
