| 摘 要： | 介绍了分布式监控系统的基本原理和组合秤包装生产线的组成.为了提高该包装生产线的工作可靠性和智能化程度,设计了以1个IPC为上位机,2个单片机、2个PLC为下位机构成的1个小型分布式监控系统,对生产线上的主要设备关键生产环节进行实时监控.该系统具有实时采集数据、实现信息显示和故障诊断等功能.
