| 摘 要： | 本文对我国《建筑结构设计统一标准》(初稿)采用的以概率理论为基础的极限状态设计方法作了概要的综合介绍。文中着重论述了这种设计方法的概念,包括:荷载效应与结构抗力的变异性,荷载效应的组合形式,结构可靠度的度量和概率分析,结构的目标可靠指标与安全等级,结构构件的设计表达式和分项系数的确定,以及结构可靠度与材料、构件质量控制的关系等。最后概述了这一标准的特点。

| Abstract: | This papei- introduces synthetically and briefly the methodology of probability-basedlimit states design, which is adopted in the draft of "Common Unified Standard for Building Structures Design" in China.The paper emphasizes on concepts of above mentioned method including variability of loads effect and resistance, combination forms of loads effect, measurement of structural reliability and its probability analysis, structural target reliability indices and grades of safety, design expressions for structural members and determination of partial coefficients, as well as corresponding relation between structural reliability and quality control of structural materials and members, etc.The characteristics of the Standard are also stated briefly. |
