双施主掺杂对BaTiO_3基半导瓷结构和性能的影响

摘    要:
系统地研究了Sb~(3+)、Nb~(5+)掺杂对多晶(Ba、Pb、Ca)TiO_3微观结构和电性能的影响。结果表明:双施主掺杂比单一Sb~(3+)“或Nb~(5+)更能降低试样的室温电阻率。比较了Li~+的存在与否对瓷料烧结性能、电性能及热稳定性的影响。

Abstract:
Effect of (Sb(3-), Nb(5-) doping on microstructure and electric properties of polycrystalline (Ba, Pb, Ca )TiO3 is investigated systematically. It is shown that two kinds of ions doping have more decreased resistivity of specimen than one kind of ions (Sb or Nb) doping only. Influences of presence and absence of Li(+1)on sintering performance, electric properties and thermostability of the ceramics are compared.
