双级雾化水冷Al-Si-Fe合金微观组织及性能

摘    要:采用双级雾化和雾滴直接水冷的快速凝固技术制备了(2024Al)-20Si-5Fe合金,利用X射线衍射(XRD),透射电镜(TEM)等分析式手段研究了合金的微观组织特征,利用拉伸和磨损实验测定了合金的性能,结果表明:合金具有纳米级的初晶和共晶第二相及沉淀析出相,常温强度为560MPa,437K时的强度为400MPaim,滑动摩擦数比铸造合金低10%,摩擦1500min后的磨损失重为铸合金的38%。

Abstract:Al)-20Si-5Fe alloy has been prepared by two-stage atomization with water- cooling. The microstructure and properties have been investigated with XRD, TEM. tensile and wear test. The results showed that the size of secondary and precipitated phases in the alloy is nanometer order. The ultimate tensile strength of the alloy at room temperature and 473K are 560MPa and 400MPa respectively. Slide friction coefficient of the alloy under the condition of wearing with no lubricant is 10% less than that of cast alloy, and the wear loss is 38% of that of the cast alloy.after wearing 1500min.
