过氧化物降解对聚丙烯结晶性能的影响

摘    要:研究了聚丙烯(PP)Z30S降解前后的结晶度、相结构、球晶形态等结晶性能,对比了降解前后的拉伸性能。降解后,Z30S相对分子质量分布由降解前的8.56减小到6.58,结晶度由68.89%提高到74.60%,熔点由2个变为1个,球晶尺寸减小。

Abstract:This paper studied the crystallinity, phase structures and morphologies of spherulites of polypropylene (PP) and compared the tensile strengths of the PP specimens pre-and post chemical degradation. The relative molecular mass distribution of PP, grade Z30S, was narrowed from 8.56 to 6.58; the crystallinity went up from 68.89% to 74.60%; the dimension of the spherulite was diminished; and the 2 original melting points were integrated into one due to the chemical degradation.
