Small farmland water conservancy facilities as the basic protection of agricultural development,with farmers,agriculture has a close relationship,but it is also an important part of the water conservancy system.Analysis of the current situation and achieve sustainable operation of small water conservancy projects are key to promote the development of small-scale water conservancy.Therefore, from a management point of view,for the sustainable operation of small-scale irrigation and water conservancy facilities,today＇s small farmland water conservancy project management problems and their causes were analyzed,and strategies to achieve sustainable operation and management of small-scale water conservancy projects are put forward.
