我国西部欠发达地区领军人才心理契约缔结机理——基于合作博弈的视角分析

摘    要:领军人才作为我国西部欠发达地区的高级人才,为我国西部欠发达地区的发展做出了巨大的贡献,而心理契约在领军人才的工作中发挥着重要的作用。从合作博弈的角度来探讨西部领军人才与西部欠发达地区组织之间心理契约的形成过程,并从心理契约形成的三个阶段分别分析在合作博弈过程中影响心理契约形成的因素,提出了促进合作的心理契约建立的对策与建议。

Abstract:Leading talent, as the high-level talent, makes enormous contributions to the development of the west underdeveloped regions and psychological contract plays a important role in the work of leading talent. Formation process of psychological contract was explored from the perspective of cooperative games between leading talent and organization in western underdeveloped regions and the factors influencing the formation of psychological con- tract in the process of cooperative game theory was discussed, strategies and recommendations to promote of coop- eration at each stage of the psychological contract was proposed.
