游梁式抽油机用节能电机性能的计算模型

摘    要:针对油田工况,为了通过优化方法设计出高起动转矩的游梁式抽油机用节能电机,在考虑磁饱和的影响及磁路和电路耦合的同时,采用二维有限元方法,建立了节能电机的数学模型;计算分析了节能电机的起动转矩、起动电流以及在不同负载下的功率因数、转矩、电流以及效率。实测结果证明该节能电机不仅具有体积小,重量轻,耗材少等优点,而且在低负荷下,运行效率及功率因数高且节能明显,符合油田实际要求,计算结果与实测值进行比较,误差满足工程要求,从而在理论上证明了节能电机设计方案的合理性。

Abstract:High starting torque of energy-saving motor used in beaming-pumping units is designed by optimization based on the oil field operating mode. The mathematics model of the energy-saving motor is set up in this paper. Besides starting torque and current, the power factor, torque, current, and efficiency under different load are also computed and analyzed by 2D finite element method, considering the effect of magnetic saturation and the coupling between magnetic circuit and electrical circuit. By experiment, it proves chat the energy-saving motor has many features such as small volume, light weight and little consumptive material. Meanwhile, the operational efficiency and power factor of the motor are high and energy-saving is obvious under low load, which meets requirement. At the same time, the computed values of the energy-motor are in good agreement with those obtained through measured values, which proves the design of energy-saving motor reasonable in theory.
