摘    要:在护炉阶段,炉缸活性受到一定的影响,活跃炉缸是高炉生产操作的核心工作。分析了影响炉缸活性的主要因素,并通过稳定焦炭质量、上下部调剂获得合适的两道气流,保持充沛的炉温和合适的渣碱度,优化出铁组织,保持合适的钛负荷等技术措施活跃炉缸,使得炉缸工作状况好转,炉缸炭砖温度高点逐步下降至可控范围,经济技术指标得以适当恢复,实现了炉役后期高炉的安全生产和技术指标的回升。

Abstract:In the protection stage, hearth activity is partly affected and hearth activation is the core work in daily operation. The main factors affecting the hearth activation were analyzed. By stabilizing the coke quality, adjusting the upper and lower parts to obtain two proper gas streams, maintaining the sufficient iron temperature and proper slag basicity, optimizing the tapping operation and maintaining proper titanium content, the hearth was active. The working condition of the hearth was improved, the high temperature peak of the hearth carbon brick was decreased gradually to a controllable range, the economic and technical indexes were properly recovered, and the safe production of blast furnace and recovery of technical indexes in the later stage of the campaign were realized.
