承钢高炉炼铁原燃料数据库的设计与构建

摘    要:针对目前承钢原燃料信息管理存在生产数据分布散乱、数据记录不完全、数据存储方式落后等问题,结合实际生产过程,全面收集有关高炉原燃料数据,对数据进行整理分类记录,采用新奥尔良(New Orleans)数据库设计方法,将原燃料数据以数据表的形式存储在炼铁原燃料数据库中。炼铁原燃料数据库的建立提高了信息管理效率,实现了数据的整合和共享,使得海量高炉原燃料数据得到了有效整理和利用,为提高生产管理的效率创造了条件。

Abstract:Aiming at the problems of scattered production data, incomplete data recording, and backward data storage methods in the current information management of raw and fuel information of Chengde Steel Mill, combined with the actual production process, the relevant blast furnace raw fuel data was comprehensively collected, sorted and recorded, and the New Orleans database design method was used to store the raw material and fuel data in the form of a data table in the ironmaking raw material and fuel database. The establishment of the ironmaking raw fuel database improved the efficiency of information management, realized the integration and sharing of data, enabled the effective sorting and utilization of massive blast furnace raw fuel data, and created conditions for improving the efficiency of production management.
