摘    要:冷连轧超低粗糙度高强滑轨钢生产难度较大,其中又以粗糙度、板形、表面质量等问题的控制尤为突出.通过冷连轧后段机架工作辊粗糙度的调整,配合原料厚度、轧制速度的优化可有助于获得高强滑轨钢低且窄幅波动的粗糙度.通过将前段冷连轧打滑机架工作辊变为毛化辊、将平整的控制方式改为恒轧制力等手段可有效杜绝打滑现象,改善板形.通过酸洗后、...

Abstract:It is difficult to produce ultra-low roughness and high-strength slide rail steel by cold tandem rolling, especially for the control of roughness, profile and surface quality. By adjusting the roughness of the work roll of the stand at the back section of the cold tandem rolling mill, and optimizing the thickness of the raw material and the rolling speed, the roughness of the high-strength slide rail steel with low and narrow fluctuation can be obtained. By changing the work roll of the skid stand in the front section of cold tandem rolling into the roughening roll and changing the control mode of temper rolling to the balance rolling force mode, the phenomenon of slipping can be effectively eliminated and the profile of strip can be improved. By means of surface cleanliness control after pickling and cold rolling, degreasing treatment and annealing process optimization, the reflectivity of strip surface can be effectively improved, and the strip can achieve the mirror effect.
