炉缸焦炭状态与炉况运行间关联性分析

摘    要:为了研究炉缸内焦炭存在性状与炉况运行状态之间关系,采用炉内径向取样技术,通过对不同大型高炉炉缸区域所取焦炭的堆积程度、粒级存在状态、自身成分与结构以及热态性能等进行检测与分析,并统计出此阶段高炉运行指标,回归出炉缸焦炭存在状态与炉况运行指标间关联性规律。分析结果表明,炉缸内焦炭粒度每增加1 mm,约可提升喷煤量4.66 kg/t,降低燃料消耗4.77 kg/t,同时大型高炉要想获得较好的运行效果,死料柱内的渣、铁滞留量还应严格控制在45%以内。这也验证了良好高炉运行状态下,除应选用优质原燃料入炉,用以减轻炉内焦炭熔损程度,强化料柱功能外,还应在操作中贯彻以风量及风压为优先调剂举措,用于改善炉缸活跃程度。

Abstract:In order to study the relationship between the existence of coke in the hearth and the furnace running state, used in furnace radial sampling technology, through the different large blast furnace hearth area from the coke accumulation degree, graded existence state, its composition and structure and thermal state performance testing and analysis, and statistical out at this stage the blast furnace operation indicators. The correlation law between the existing state of coke in the furnace and the furnace operating index was regression. The analysis results show that the coal injection quantity can be increased by 4.66 kg/t and the fuel consumption can be reduced by 4.77 kg/t for each 1 mm increase of coke particle size in the hearth. At the same time, if a large blast furnace wants to get a better operation effect, the residue and iron retention in the dead material column should be strictly controlled within 45%.This also verifies that in good operation of the blast furnace, in addition to choosing high quality raw fuel into the furnace, in order to reduce the degree of coke melting loss in the furnace, strengthen the function of the material column; in addition, air volume and air pressure should be carried out as the priority adjustment measures to improve the hearth activity.
