高性能混凝土及不同配合比方案的应用研究

摘    要:高性能混凝土的研究与应用,对于高面板坝工程混凝土面板的防裂具有重要意义.在原材料中合理掺入外加剂、粉煤灰、有机纤维等配料是获得高性能混凝土的重要途径.根据具体的工程情况,可采用不同的配合比方案,如外加剂+粉煤灰+有机纤维"多掺"方案、联掺或单掺高效减水剂+引气剂方案等.配制高性能混凝土,应尽量选择高标号的硅酸盐水泥或普通硅酸盐水泥,并应根据水泥中活性混合材料的类型及含量,合理确定粉煤灰的最佳掺量.实践证明,通过优化混凝土配合比,可减少甚至避免混凝土面板裂缝的产生.

Abstract:For crack prevention for high concrete face rockfill dam project,research and application of high-performance concrete is of great signficance.Adding admixture,fly ash,organic fiber into raw materials is an important way to get high-performance concrete.According to the specific circumstances of the project,a different mix scheme may be used,such as the more mixed scheme,which is added admixture and fly ash and organic fiber into,the erbium-doped or single-doped superplasticizer,luck medicinal preparation scheme,and so on.To make up high-performance concrete,as far as possible the high-grade portland cement or ordinary portland cement should be choosed,and according to the type and content of active mixed materials in cement,the best amount of fly ash is detemined.Engineering practice has proved that,through the optimization of concrete mix design,the cracks in the concrete face can be reduced or even avoided.
