滚压式铜止水成型机设计与工程应用

铜止水制作和安装是面板堆石坝防渗体系至关重要的一个施工环节,在盘石头水库施工中设计并成功使用多级滚压式铜止水成型机,该机为了防止铜板一次性变形量过大造成铜板起皱、开裂,止水成型采用分步变形,逐步渐变方式,通过6组压模,循序渐进成型,再经过4组标准模具校正后输出.克服了传统铜止水制作、安装工艺的诸多不利因素,最大限度地减少了焊接接头,节约了施工成本,提高了工作效率,并使铜止水质量和自动加工技术得到明显改进和提高.

Design and application of roller pressing shaping machine of copper waterstops

Manufacture and installation of copper water stops is an important construction link for the seepage control system of a concrete face rockfill dam. During the construction period of Panshitou reservoir, a multiple stage roller press shaping machine for manufacturing copper water stops was successfully designed and applied. The shaping machine was for preventing sheet copper from wrinkling and cracking caused by excessive one-time deformation. Copper water stops were shaped in a way of gradual deformation, firstly through 6 sets of press moulds and then through 4 sets of standard moulds for calibration. This shaping machine could overcome many unfavorable factors existeing in manufacture and installation of copper water stops by using traditional methods. It could also minimize welding joints, save construction cost, raise working efficiency and considerably improve the quality of copper water stops as well as their automatic manufacturing technology.
