基于Pro/E 4.0的圆柱槽形凸轮参数化设计和仿真加工

摘    要:根据圆柱槽形凸轮从动件运动规律,使用Pro/E软件的Program编程功能实现了全参数化设计,并利用Pro/E的NC加工模块对圆柱槽形凸轮的数控加工进行了三维仿真,缩短了圆柱槽形凸轮的设计周期,提高了生产效率。

Abstract:Cylindrical groove cam mechanism widely used in mechanical equipment,according to cylindrical groove cam-follower motion law,the use of Pro/E software program programming capabilities to achieve a full parametric design,and using Pro/E module of the NC machining cylinder slotted cam CNC machining to three-dimensional simulation of the cylindrical groove cam to shorten design cycle,increase production efficiency.
