摘    要:我国天然气长输管道多会途径黄土地区 ,为保证管道安全稳定运行 ,必须对管道进行水工保护。针对黄土地区管道水工保护构筑物的传统材料 (石灰土和浆砌石 )在应用过程中存在的不足 ,提出了固化土技术思想。文章介绍了将固化土技术用于涩—宁—兰输气管道工程水工保护的试验方法。试验结果表明 ,固化土可使结构单体满足水工保护在强度、耐久性和抗冲刷性方面的要求 ,并有利于恢复耕地和保护环境 ,在部分受施工限制的地段 ,固化土比石灰土具有较好的经济效益

Abstract:The long-distance pipelines of natural gas in China often pass through loess areas. In order to ensure the pipeline's operation safely and stably, hydraulic-soil protection must be carried out. The new technology of soil solidification was proposed considering the limitations of traditional materials (such as lime soil and cement slurry stone) in loess areas. The paper introduces the testing method of soil solidification technology applied in Se-Ning-Lan Pipeline project. The results show that the structure of soil solidification can meet the needs of pipeline construction in properties of strength, durability and anti-washout for hydraulic-soil protection purpose. Moreover it is in favor of infield resumption and environment protection, and also has better economical benefit in some construction-restrained areas.
