| 摘 要： | 介绍了如何用负离子粘胶长丝和涤/粘粗纱进行Sirofil纺纱,通过选用不同水平的成纱捻系数、长丝预加张力以及长丝与粗纱的间距,对纺纱工艺参数进行了优化设计,并通过实验证实工艺优化后纺出的Sirofil纱与同支涤/粘单纱相比具有更佳的成纱性能.

| Abstract: | The paper introduces how to carry on Sirofil spinning with T/R roving and anion viscose filament yarn, the optimization of the Sirofil spinning factor is researched by selecting for the different level of the twist of Sirofil yarn,the space of filament and roving, the pre-force of filament. Compared with the Sirofil yarn and the viscose/polyester yarn, the result shows that the properties of Sirofil yarn are better than viscose/polyester yarn. |
