氧化钨纳米粉的制备与表征

摘    要:用盐酸酸化钨酸钠溶液得到了钨酸沉淀,然后通过水热法制备了氧化钨异形纳米粉;在制备过程中,考察了硫酸盐添加量、水热反应时间及仲钼酸铵对氧化钨异形纳米粉形态的影响。用场发射扫描电镜(FE-SEM)和X光能谱仪(EDX)等测试手段对产物进行了表征,并研究了其形成机理。

Abstract:The tungsten acid was obtained via acidification of sodium tungstate. Then the tungsten oxide alien nano-powder was synthesized by hydrothermal method. The influences of sulfate, reaction time and molybdenum on morphology were investigated.The field emission scanning electron microscopy(FE-SEM)and energy dispersive X-ray spectrometer (EDX)were used to characterize the products.The possible formation mechanism was researched based on the experimental results.
