UOE机组C型预弯机承载能力分析

摘    要:在三维有限元接触模型中,采用设置过盈量的方法模拟了预紧力的作用,计算了具有较大预紧力的C型预弯机的应力应变分布,并对C型预弯机进行了应力应变测试,测试结果表明利用有限元方法模拟的计算结果与实际测试结果相仿,为评估C型预弯机承载能力提供技术依据。

Abstract:The shrink range setting method was adopted in 3-D finite element contact model to simulate the effect of pretightening force and calculate the stress-strain distribution of the C type prebending machine with strong pretightening force. The stress-strain testing was conducted for the C type prebending machine. The tes-ting result shows that the simulation calculation result by finite element method is same as the measured result. It provided a technology basis for the loading capacity of the C type prebending machine.
