橡胶轮胎支撑圆筒混合机受力分析

摘    要:橡胶轮胎支撑圆筒混合机由多个橡胶轮胎支撑,求解各个轮胎的受力,属于多次静不定问题。通常采用三弯矩方程求解各个轮胎受力,需要求解多元一次方程组,求解过程比较繁琐。该文在详细分析了连续梁的受力特点利用叠加原理,提出采用弯矩分配法,只需三次迭代,就可求解出各个轮胎的受力。求解过程简单,结果精确。

Abstract:The drum mixer is supported by a number of rubber tires. The force exerted on each tire is calculat-ed and is known as a multi-time statically indeterminate problem. In the past, Three-Bending Moment equation was generally used for solving the force exerted on each tire. However, the solving process of the equation is complicated. Based on the detailed analysis of the menehannieal characteristics of continuous beam, the ben- ding moment distribution method for solving the stress exerted on rubber tires is proposed in this paper according to the superposition principle, which only needs three-time iteration. Its solving process is simple, but accu- rate.
