小径管焊接气孔形成的原因及对策

摘    要:根据电站锅炉安装过程中小径管的焊接特点,阐述了焊接气孔形成的机理和影响气孔产生的因素,提出了在焊接冶金和焊接工艺方面防止气孔产生的措施.实践表明,该焊接气孔防止措施应用效果良好,能够提高焊接质量.

Abstract:Principle of forming blowhole and factors of effecting on it were dissussed based on the welding features of smaller diameter tube during boiler installed, means to preventing from gas hole were prescnzed in welding metallurgy and welding procedure. Title aetual facts showed that they are rffective in eliminating blowhole formed.
