摘    要:以硅藻土为原料,用沉淀法制备白炭黑的工艺中,就氨基硅烷KH-550的用量对白炭黑吸油率和比表面积的影响进行了研究,结果表明:改性白炭黑产品粒度分布均匀,可达纳米级,用W4的氨基硅烷改性后的产品具有最大的比表面积,其值为250.184m2/g,改性剂分子与白炭黑颗粒表面发生了化学吸附.

Abstract:Influence of oil absorbing capacity and specifi c surface area on precipitated silica was studied in this article,which was obtained when using aminosilane KH-550 in the preparing precipitated silica from diatomite. The studies demonstrated that the size of modifying product is uniform and nano-meter,the largest specif ic surface area of all products is 250.184m2/g, which was achieved when using w4 weight parts of KH-550 to modify the silica, chemical adsorption occurred between the surface of precipitated silica and modifying agent molecule.
