| 摘 要： | 以宁夏电投钢铁有限公司棒线材复合线为背景,结合工艺布置和工作原理,讨论了棒线材复合线控制系统设计方案。以GE PACRX7i为控制器核心,基于Profibus网络、工业以太网进行数据通讯,实现了即能生产棒材又能生产线材要求。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the wire and bar mill of Ningxia Diantou Iron Steel Company.According to the layout of process and the working principles,the design plan of the automatic system is discussed.Based on Profibus net and Industry Ethernet,the control system is designed with GE PAC RX7i.It is a successful mill line that can produce bar and wire. |
