Abstract: | This article profiles the determinants of elderly patients' satisfaction with the outcome of their health care complaints. Type of provider response, severity of complaint, and the individual characteristics of age and cognitive age were found to be significant in effecting satisfaction. Related strategies for managing elderly health care complaints are discussed. |
