聚丙烯酸钠低浓度时的流变特性及其影响因素

摘    要:研究了聚丙烯酸钠在低浓度时的流变性及浓度、温度、pH、金属盐离子等对溶液黏度的影响。聚丙烯酸钠溶液在 0 5~ 2 5g/L浓度范围内 ,温度和浓度对其黏度影响较大 ;酸碱均使其黏度降低 ,且在 pH 9黏度达到最大值 ;钾盐、钠盐会使溶液黏度下降 ;并且该聚合物具有剪切稀变性。

Abstract:Effect of temperature, pressure, pH, shearing rate, metal ion and time on the rheological property of the Polyacrylate acid sodium(PAS) were studied in this paper. The results showed that for PAS of 0.5~2.5g/L concentrtion, the temperature and concentration exhibited great influence while acid and alkali could lower the viscosity of PAS. The influence of acid is much larger and the maximum viscosity was observed at pH 9. The metal ion of the salt solution could lower the viscosity of PAS. This solution showed the characteristic of shearing-thin fluid.
