摘    要:井口压力控制对气田多层合采效果影响较大,利用生产测井中的产出剖面可以动态监测生产井的生产状况,这在大牛地气田连续几年的生产监控中起到了很大的作用。以D1-2-48井为例,在对其历年产出剖面处理分析的基础上,利用井底静压平均参数公式推导了井口静压迭代公式,估算出该井的合理井口压力。综合研究结果表明:井口压力控制对于合采井的井底低产气层的影响较大,当井口压力过大时其产能受到限制;利用井底静压平均参数计算公式得到的井口静压和利用产出剖面计算得到的井底压力与实测结果较为吻合;下一步可对工区合采井进行复查,计算最大井口压力,为调整生产压力、实现多层稳产提供依据。

Abstract:Wellhead pressure control has such a big impact on the commingled production of gas wells that gas well performance can be monitored dynamically by use of production profiles, which has been playing a big role in production monitoring of the Daniudi Gas Field in recent years. Based on processing and analysis of the production profiles over the years of the D1-2-48 gas well taken as a case study, an iterative formula of wellhead static pressure is deduced by use of the parameter formula of average bottomhole static pressure and is used to estimate the optimal wellhead pressure. Comprehensive study shows that wellhead pressure has a rather big effect on the low yield gas layers of wells in commingled production. When the wellhead pressure is too high, the deliverability of these layers may be limited. The wellhead static pressure calculated by the parameter formula of average bottomhole static pressure matches with that estimated by production profiles. The gas wells in commingled production should be reviewed to calculate the maximum wellhead pressure, so as to provide data for the adjustment of production pressure and the stabilization of commingled production.
