论我国基尼系数调节的必要性

改革开放20几年以来,我国已基本实现小康;要全面建设小康社会,赶上中等发达国家水平,仍应坚持"效率优先,兼顾公平"的原则。而在我国居民贫富悬殊已拉大的情况下,适度调节目前较高的基尼系数是实现国家长治久安,可持续发展的战略举措。
