摘    要:简要介绍某厂丙烷脱沥青装置扩能改造的情况。标定结果表明,在塔径和塔高不变动的情况下,采用FGⅡ+型规整填料高效萃取塔,能满足装置180kt/a扩能设计要求,脱沥青油收率提高7%左右。改造后,萃取塔运行平稳,操作弹性大,达到了改造目的。

Abstract:The extension retrofit of a propane deasphalting unit was simply presented. The result shows that the design requirements of a 180kt/a unit could be satisfied by using the high efficient extraction tower with FG Ⅱ + type regular packing without changing the diameter and height of the tower, the recovering rate of the deasphalting oil could be increased by about 7%. The operation of the extraction tower was stable, its operating elasticity was wide after the retrofit, and the retrofit target was reached.
