| 摘 要： | 对机器视觉棒材在线计数所涉及的关键技术,从理论、方法和实验上进行了深入的研究和探讨,在棒材在线计数装置的结构设计、视觉特征信息的提取、现场电气控制等方面完成了一系列工作,成功研制了棒材在线计数装置并获得国家专利,实现了各种规格棒材的在线精确计数。

| Abstract: | The key techniques related to online bar counting have been deeply studied in theory,method and experiment.A series of work in such aspects as structure design of online bar counting device,extraction of vision characteristic information and electric control have been finished.An online bar counting device was developed successfully and authorized national patent.Online accurate counting of bar with various specifications is realized. |
