摘    要:文章在分析当前CRM的应用现状的基础上,综合数据挖掘技术、OLAP技术、知识库的最新研究成果.结合CRM的功能需求,研究了一种新的基于数据挖掘技术的通用商业CRM系统。该系统不仅能够提高用户对客户信息管理的效率,优化企业对客户的响应模式,同时可以根据行业特点进行快速定制实施.极大地方便了面向不同商业应用的客户关系管理平台的搭建,在实际商业应用中具有重要意义。

Abstract:Analyzing the current research of customer relationship management(CRM) fully, the paper studies a new type of general commercial CRM system, which is based on data mining (DM), online analytical process (OLAP) technique and knowledge base management(KBM). The system could not only improve the efficiency of managing customer information, but also optimize response speed to customer, and it could also make a rapid customization and implementation according to actual application, by which it is very easy to build the customer relationship management platform, it is very significant to commercial application.
