摘    要:福生水电站采用底流式消力池消能.其特点是水头低、流量大,是典型的低佛氏数消能,加之自由溢流坝、翻板门泄水闸、冲沙闸联合泄洪,因此翻板门运行工况有无限制、泄流能力及消能效果能否满足设计要求就需要进行深入研究.经过断面模型试验,优化了辅助消能工布置,改善了流态,缩短了池长,提出了翻板门小洪水工况下的不稳定流范围,为设计提供...
