摘    要:利用PRO II化工流程模拟计算软件对一氧化碳深冷分离进行模拟.通过模拟进一步优化冷箱操作温度,控制氢气汽提塔循环量,以提搞产品气质量.结果表明,深冷分离技术分离出的CO纯度高,满足醋酸等生产要求.在能耗、操作稳定性、灵活性方面具有优势.

Abstract:To simulate CO cryogenic separation using PRO II software.By means of such simulation the cold-box operating temperature is further optimized,by controlling the hydrogen stripper recycles to raise the quality of product gas;the result shows that purity of CO separated with cryogenic technology is high to meet the production of acetic acid and etc.There are some advantages in energy consumption,operation stability and flexibility.
